Happy Christmas!

Sorry for the lack of posting. I've got a lot going in the winter time. Work is still work. Track is going very well. I've got some pretty promising athletes who have been working really hard and I'm excited to see what kind of results they produce. I opened up my season with an OK mark, considering that the circle I was throwing out of felt like glass. That, and everybody put chalk on their weights to make the mark easier to see. I understand the point in doing that, but people, please, you don't need to cover the thing entirely. And if you do, you can hit it on the ground once to get the excess off. So the circle ended up being glass with chalk in it. Slippery? Nah... Anyways, next meet in a few weeks at the U of MN. Hopefully it'll be more fun...
